Common Questions About Management
What counts as a small edit?

Send the change to me directly and it's done within 48 hours, usually much sooner.
What isn't included?
Full redesigns and new features are quoted separately. That includes new pages or sections beyond your plan, remaking or rearranging existing pages, rebranding, e-commerce or payments, new functionality like booking systems or review widgets, copywriting from scratch, photo or video work, content migration, SEO audits and improvements, and full color or design changes.
How are backups handled?
Every version of your site is saved. If anything ever goes wrong, I can restore a previous version in minutes. Your site's code is also backed up separately, so it's never in just one place.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Monthly plans are 12-month agreements that can be renewed at the end date.
What if I want to cancel early?
You can leave early by paying the remainder of your 12-month agreement. I'll then help you move your site to whatever hosting platform or developer you want to work with.
Who owns the website?
You do. You pay for the build up front, so the website is yours.
