Why is there an upfront build fee?
The build fee covers the heavy lifting up front: discovery, design, and development. That way your monthly plan goes toward keeping your site running and growing, not paying off the build.
How is the build fee paid?
Half up front to start the project, and the other half at launch.
What's the difference between the $3,000 and $4,000 builds?
The $3,000 build is a five-page site: Home, About, Services, Gallery, and Contact. The $4,000 build adds five to six dedicated pages for your individual services, depending on the complexity of the site.
Is there a contract for the monthly plan?
Yes. Monthly plans are 12-month agreements that can be renewed at the end date.
Which monthly plan do I need?
Care keeps your site hosted, secure, and up to date. Growth and Dominate add the local SEO work that brings in more calls. After your free audit, I'll tell you which one fits your business.
How many revisions are included in the build?
Most projects take 2 to 4 rounds of revisions. The maximum is 6 rounds, which keeps the project moving so it doesn't stall before launch.
Who owns the website?
You do. You pay for the build up front, so the website is yours.
What decides the Dominate price?
How many blog posts and backlinks you want each month. More content and more backlinks move the price toward the top of the $950–$1,200 range.
What if I want to cancel my plan early?
You can leave early by paying the remainder of your 12-month agreement. I'll then help you move your site to whatever hosting platform or developer you want to work with.
